1 cup Milletable Instant Millet Upma Mix
3 cups water
A pinch of salt (optional)
2 tablespoons cooking oil or ghee (optional)

1. Prepare the Water: In a saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. If you prefer, you can add a pinch of salt for flavor at this stage.Add the Mix and Slowly sprinkle 1 cup of Milletable's Instant Millet Upma Mix into the boiling water while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.Keep stirring the mixture for a few seconds to ensure it's well mixed. If you'd like to make your upma more nutritious and flavorful, you can add some chopped vegetables of your choice at this point.
2. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan with a lid, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. This allows the millet to absorb the water and the flavors to meld together.After 5 minutes, remove the lid and fluff the upma with a fork. If you prefer a richer taste, you can drizzle some cooking oil or ghee over the upma and mix it in.
3. Transfer your steaming hot Milletable Instant Millet Upma to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves for added freshness and aroma.Serve your delicious Milletable Instant Millet Upma hot with your favourite chutney or enjoy it just as it is.
