1 cup Milletable Instant Khichdi Premix
3 cups water

1. Place a pressure cooker on the stove and turn on the gas.
2. Add 1 cup of our Instant Khichdi Premix into the pressure cooker.
3. Pour in 3 cups of water. You can adjust the quantity of water to achieve your desired consistency.

5. Close the pressure cooker with its lid and put it on high heat. Allow it to cook for about four whistles. You can adjust the cooking time according to your pressure cooker and preference. For a softer consistency, you can cook it for an additional whistle.
6. Once the pressure is released, carefully open the cooker. The khichdi should be soft and well-cooked.
