Millet Noodles

  • Millet Noodles with Seasoned Mix Packet (included)

    Water for boiling noodles

    Oil for cooking

    Assorted Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, peas, etc.), diced

    Fresh Coriander Leaves (for garnish, optional)

  • Step 1: Boil Millet Noodles

        1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

        2. Add the Millet Noodles to the boiling water.

        3. Cook noodles until they are al dente, usually 5-7 minutes.

        4. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water to prevent sticking.

    Step 2: Blanch Vegetables

        1. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil.

        2. Add the diced vegetables to the boiling water.

        3. Blanch the vegetables for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.

        4. Drain and set aside.

    Step 3: Prepare Seasoned Mix

        1. In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat.

        2. Empty the Seasoned Mix packet from the Millet Noodles into the pan.

        3. Sauté the mix until it becomes fragrant.

    Step 4: Add Cooked Noodles and Vegetables

       1. Add the boiled and drained Millet Noodles to the pan with the seasoned mix.

        2. Toss the noodles to coat them evenly with the seasoned mix.

       3. Add the blanched vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few more minutes to combine flavors.

    Step 5: Serve

       1. Transfer the flavourful Millet Noodles with vegetables to a serving dish.

       2. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.

       3. Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious and delicious Milletable Noodles!
